Food Writing Ezine
Articles run between 500 and 1000 words. Articles must be submitted on spec, and the pay is $20 per accepted article. Payment will only be made through paypal. Reprints are acceptable. All articles must offer unique and focused information on writing, or, even better, on food writing.

La Cocinita Magazine
La Cocinita also features recipes, kitchen techniques and in-depth information on specific foods and ingredients, including stories on harvests, food history, nutritional facts and more. Article length and payment depends on section/department. See guidelines for details.

Relies on freelancers for the majority of their stories and departments. All wine reviews, special tastings, and book reviews are handled in-house or on assignment only.
