In a comment here, Misti Sandefur let me know about her free e-zine for writers (www.coffeebreakforwriters.com) which lists markets for freelance writers paying no less than 10 cents per word or a $25 flat fee. Her ezine comes out on the 7th of every month, and back issues can be found on the site. I hope you’ll all check it out.
