WritersWeekly.com’s 24-Hour Short Story Contest

by Amy Derby on July 10, 2007

Although I hadn’t yet come across this writing contest when I sent out this month’s ezine, I thought I’d post about it here for anyone who hasn’t heard.

WritersWeekly.com’s 24-Hour Short Story Contest

This Writers Weekly contest is limited to 500 entrants and costs $5 to enter. Aside from cash prizes ($300 for first, $250 for second, $200 for third), there are lots of other great prizes up for grabs. The contest takes place on Saturday, July 28th. It starts at noon. You can read more about it at http://www.writersweekly.com/misc/contest.php.

Sounds like it’ll be a lot of fun!
